Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. You just do that because you have always done it. Well, maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance, Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically, General Managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math, and the ability to multi-task.
Duties & Responsibilities: General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); make correct monetary change; take and process orders via verbal, written, or electronic means; coordinate eye and hand movements for quick, precise actions; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
WORK CONDITIONS: Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, and physical hazards like hot surfaces and sharp edges.
SENSING: Talking and hearing on the telephone; vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; differentiating hot and cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make judgments.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and carrying loads up to 50 pounds, with specific details on each activity.
