We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 11036 Quivira Rd in Overland Park, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Manage daily operations, including equipment operation, inventory management, and facility maintenance
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee inventory control, including stock management and associated paperwork
  • Manage financial aspects of the business, including cash handling and accurate monetary transactions
  • Coordinate and participate in product preparation and delivery processes
  • Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility
  • Analyze business performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve business goals

Additional Information

In addition you must operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associate paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.
