Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

This program trains and certifies all Assistant Managers, whether you have limited experience or previous management experience. It allows for self-paced learning and fast tracking for those with prior experience.

About the Job

You will be responsible for all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You must lead by example, follow all policies and procedures, and ensure your team does the same.

Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store appearance, marketing, and profitability.
