Duties & Responsibilities: General Managers are responsible for all activities during their shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You set the tone and serve as the role model for your team, maintaining high standards at all times.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Performing duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers when necessary.
• Managing a team of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Overseeing store operations, including:
• Leading and motivating a team, ensuring staff are well-coordinated and productive.
• Maintaining a safe driving record, passing Motor Vehicle Record checks, and possessing a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Being a positive role model through punctuality, attitude, appearance, and professionalism.
