Duties & Responsibilities: General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!

Qualifications
General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the facility.
Training: Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, and process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
Work Conditions: Exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts. Cramped quarters, and physical activities like standing, walking, lifting, and carrying are involved.
Sensing & Temperaments: Talking and hearing, vision, depth perception, and the ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, and analyze data are required.
Physical Requirements: Most tasks are performed standing; lifting up to 50 pounds; and carrying items over short distances.
