General Manager at a McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant.

General Manager Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.


• Work with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve the goals.


• Lead the team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments.


• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a suitable team.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants. Experience in hospitality or retail is strongly desired. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
