Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, and warehousing of ingredients and products to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards. The manager will oversee paperwork, computer transactions, inventory accuracy, and communication between production and warehouse. Responsibilities include monitoring finished goods, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, managing payroll, hiring, scheduling, policy enforcement, safety compliance, team meetings, conflict resolution, and coordinating with trucking partners.

Requirements

• Education beyond high school (vocational, college, or specialized training)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Basic computer skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong math skills
• Travel: 4+ trips per year
