Wendy's invites experienced leaders to join our Minneapolis restaurant as a Restaurant General Manager (RGM). You will lead the management team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive sales while meeting operational metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.

• Follow brand standards to prepare great food and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant.
• Obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Arrange travel to home store and other locations for training as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Transparency

Pay Range $52,000.00 - $65,500.00 / year

You must be willing and able to:

• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
