Job summary

Wendy's in Kenner, Louisiana is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will build a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and manage daily operations with a focus on safety and service.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and employee development while pursuing growth opportunities and bonuses in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
• Experience leading a restaurant or customer-service team is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most shifts, and use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Maintain high-quality guest experiences while achieving operational metrics and financial targets.
• Schedule employees, manage labor costs, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Travel to other locations or the area office for training and tasks as needed
