Job summary

Wendy's in Jefferson, LA seeks a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team, drive sales, and uphold operational excellence. You will foster a positive, high-energy work environment, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain Serv Safe certification by end of training.
• Must be able to travel to other locations occasionally for training.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
