Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the Restaurant Management Team and drive sales, service, and operational excellence at our Austin location. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure food safety, manage costs, and deliver a premier guest experience with a focus on training, scheduling, and achieving financial goals.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.


• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks


• Must be 21 years of age or older
