Wendy's in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead a fast-paced team and drive restaurant performance. You will set the tone for exceptional service, manage daily operations, and coach a team to exceed guest expectations while achieving sales and efficiency targets.

The ideal candidate will develop people, enforce safety standards, and maintain a high-quality dining experience. This is a full-time, on-site role offering strong benefits and opportunities for advancement

• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers, and maintain a clean restaurant that you-re proud to work in.
• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
