Wendy's in Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant management team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will model a customer-first culture, mentor your leaders, and promote a safe, clean, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Able to travel to home store and training locations occasionally.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
• Must be 21 years of age or older
