Job summary

Wendy's in Livingston, Texas is seeking a proactive Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the restaurant team, drive sales, and ensure high standards of service and food safety. You will coach and mentor staff, manage schedules, and uphold operational metrics to deliver a superior guest experience.

The GM will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, promoting growth opportunities, and aligning with brand standards. Local travel may be required for training and store coverage.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
