Job summary

Wendy's in Victoria, Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales and operational metrics.

The RGM will coach and develop the management team, uphold brand standards, ensure food safety, and balance employee and guest satisfaction with financial goals.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Ability to lead and develop the restaurant management team.
• Commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety.
• Willingness to travel to home store and other locations occasionally for training and tasks.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
