We are seeking a General Manager for the United States market here at Sully.ai. We’re looking for someone who is:
A seasoned operator and has led U.S. operations for B2B SaaS, healthtech or mission-driven AI companies from 0 to scale.
You have experience scaling from early market pilots to enterprise adoption. You combine product fluency, commercial rigor, and domain empathy for healthcare and AI to translate agent innovations into clinician workflows.
You thrive under ambiguity and can simultaneously manage high-stakes relationships and internal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sully.ai’s U.S. operations as the end-to-end owner of: growth, execution, client delivery, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Success, Implementation, and Strategic Partnerships.
Translate the product/agent roadmap into U.S. go-to-market execution: prioritize which agents (Receptionist, Scribe, Interpreter, Decision Support) to scale first, orchestrate cross-functional launches, and ensure U.S. regulatory/compliance readiness.
Be the bridge between Sully’s engineering/agents base and U.S. customers: manage escalations, negotiate enterprise contracts, and ensure high reliability and adoption in pilot and scale phases.
Hard Requirements
Proven U.S. Enterprise SaaS Operating Experience: Business leader (GM, SVP, Head of Region) in a hyper growth enterprise AI/SaaS company scaling U.S. operations, with demonstrated success in growth, retention, or market expansion.
Full P&L Ownership & Financial Acumen: Required to manage revenue targets, margins, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for a U.S. business unit—able to translate high-level strategy into P&L performance.
Cross-Functional Execution & Scaling Track Record: Demonstrated ability to align and lead Sales, Success, Implementation, Partnerships, and Product/Engineering in a high-growth environment; must have launched repeated cross-functional initiatives or go-to-market campaigns.
High Bias to Speed, Ambiguity Tolerance & Strategic Judgment: Has a track record delivering under uncertainty, making tradeoffs, and accelerating cycles (e.g. compressing sales), without sacrificing quality—able to push back and defend necessary constraints.
Nice-to-Have
Successfully launched a new product/agent in the U.S. and scaled it to tens or hundreds of clients, exceeding target revenue consistently.
Improved retention, expansion, or adoption metrics at scale in health, telehealth, or B2B SaaS environments.
Demonstrated ability to move fast to resolve operational blockers, crisis-manage escalations, or turn around challenging pilot accounts.
First-Month Focus
Operationalize U.S. execution & unblock pipelines — establish weekly U.S. performance dashboard (sales, onboarding, implementation) and drive resolution of top 5 deal-blocking escalations to < 48h.
Drive early enterprise client traction & contract velocity — close at least one pilot enterprise contract ($1M+ ARR) within 30 days and reduce average sales cycle to ≤ 10 weeks for that pilot group.
Define & land a go-to-market agent prioritization roadmap — pick which agents (e.g., Receptionist, Scribe) to scale first in the U.S., and get alignment + approval across Product, Sales, and Compliance by day 30.
Success OKRs (90 Days)
Close $100M in Contracted ARR
40% Billed ARR Month over Month Growth
40% Revenue Month over Month Growth
100% Contracted Month over Month Growth
Cost Control & Increase Profitability by 30%+
