They seek a General Manager to materially scale their U.S. business.

Reporting to the Twinkle CEO, the ideal candidate will be a proven commercial leader in the US K-12 education space with experience marketing and selling directly to educators.

Major Responsibilities

  • Own, refine, and execute the US go-to-market (GTM) strategy to drive market penetration & growth
  • Take full P&L responsibility and define & monitor GTM performance
  • Drive B2C acquisition & retention including optimized funnel performance and increased lifetime value
  • Build and lead a high-performing U.S. team
  • Lead key sales initiatives including channel expansion & partnerships
  • Lead day-to-day execution across U.S. team; establish a clear operation rhythm across Content, Product, Marketing, etc.
  • Build a demand-led content engine
  • Tailor product strategy to U.S. market; support innovation and platform improvements; optimize user journey
  • Champion customer understanding and market insight; build a best-in-class customer support model
  • Collaborate with global departments and support functions to maximize US team performance and support achievement of business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on strategic & commercial leader
  • B2C marketing expert including use of digital channels
  • Experience leading high performing teams
  • Track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience in scaling content operations and managing content production teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus
  • Remote in U.S.
