Job Title: General Manager Trainee

This program is designed to fast-track high-potential managers into leadership roles as we expand. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a management position leading your team.

Salary and Relocation:

The base salary ranges from $80K to $100K, depending on experience, education, qualifications, and location. Candidates must be willing to relocate during or after training to manage a location within the first three years.

30-Week Training Program:
  • Includes rotations across departments to match your skills and interests.
  • You will receive support from senior management, complete progress reports, and participate in management workshops.
  • Opportunities for growth into key management roles within the company.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs such as labor, inventory, and operational costs.
  • Track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and expanding market share.
  • Strong profit and loss management skills.
  • Commitment to employee development through staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and retention.
  • 10+ years of management experience.
  • Preferred: College degree and military experience.
