Salt & Straw in Kirkland, WA is seeking a General Manager to own the shop’s people, operations, and guest experience. You’ll lead a team, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and financial performance, and foster a culture that values curiosity and care.

You will hire, train, and coach a high-performing leadership team, set clear expectations, and deliver memorable hospitality while working to grow the business through data-driven decisions and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in food service, hospitality, or retail (GM candidates typically bring 5+)
• Led teams of 10+ people in a fast-paced environment
• Coach, develop, and support others with clarity and care
• 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, facilities, and financial performance
