Position Purpose: This role oversees the overall operation of the restaurant. It requires a seasoned restaurant professional capable of leading, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining business integrity on a full-time basis according to the restaurant’s hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage departmental logistics, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
- Innovate dining offerings based on demand, trends, and guest feedback, collaborating with management and culinary teams.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring standards are met and maintained.
- Oversee all operational tasks, ensuring compliance and performance follow-up.
- Create memorable guest experiences, build relationships, and represent the brand effectively.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staff performance, setting a positive example.
- Ensure quality control over food and beverage presentation, inventory, and aesthetics.
- Drive financial performance by optimizing costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Handle administrative duties, including reports, invoices, and HR communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advance personal and team knowledge.

**Minimum Essential Requirements:**
- Teamwork, personal cleanliness, and basic food handling skills.
- Effective time management, communication skills in English, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and possess a Food Handler’s Certificate.
