Summary:

This position supervises sanitation operations at the Caseyville facility, ensuring compliance with USDA and internal standards, and that production begins on time. It also involves ensuring sanitation team members follow safety and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise sanitation operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with USDA and internal standards.
  3. Ensure team members follow safety and food safety procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate records.
  5. Handle personnel administration: scheduling, discipline, timekeeping.
  6. Manage supply inventory.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in cost and quality.
  8. Participate in plant management team.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 3+ years sanitation supervisory experience in food manufacturing with direct reports.
  • Basic computer skills: email, data entry, queries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel: 0-10%.
  • Supervisory skills: oversee multiple supervisors and 50+ team members.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Must reside in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

Additional Details:

Relocation assistance available.

Work shift: 3rd shift.

Pay range: $68,000 - $144,000.

Incentives include annual incentive plan; long-term plan not available.
