Title: QSR Restaurant General Manager

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Location: ALL

As a QSR Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee operations, develop and mentor your team, and ensure a positive dining experience by monitoring food safety, maximizing sales and profit, maintaining QSR standards, and protecting brand and assets.

Our Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) lead the team, establish the work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction. RGMs are responsible for the entire restaurant operation and building a strong team that provides great food and friendly service. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication skills, people development experience, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred. 3+ years' restaurant management experience or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work a 5-day, 50-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain and enforce company SOPs.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel to other locations, main office, meetings, as needed.

Responsibilities:
