Love's Travel Stops in Woodburn, OR, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our kitchen and front-of-house team. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

This role offers growth opportunities within a well-known, customer-focused brand. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and support the General Manager with daily operations, budgeting, and reporting, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and drive improvements.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.

Job Functions:

• Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting which includes profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
• Addressing customer feedback and working to improve the overall dining experience.

Experience:

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.

Skills and Demands:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
