Qualifications

  • Five years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a supper club, steak house or high-end setting.
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.

Daylene\'s Supper Club General Manager

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a General Manager. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant’s dining room, public area, kitchen area and grounds. You might even add to the amenities of the Kalahari Resort by doing something as simple as selling a “Smores Kit” to guests!

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll help create a memorable dining atmosphere through delicious food, warm hospitality, and timeless charm.

THIS POSITION IS SLATED TO BE FILLED IN Q1 OF 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing front- and back-of-house team, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Foster a guest-focused environment by maintaining high service standards, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a warm, memorable atmosphere that reflects the unique charm of the supper club tradition.
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), control costs, optimize labor, and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals while upholding the club’s quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
