Job summary

7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee in Washington, NC is hiring a Stand Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability at the stand level. You will build schedules, control costs, and ensure fast, friendly service that aligns with the 7 Brew speed.

Stand Manager – 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee

Location: Washington, NC

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + bonus

7 Brew is one of the fastest-growing drive-thru coffee brands in the country, and we’re building the leadership team behind its next wave of growth. Our client is a well-established, multi-brand restaurant franchise group with 230+ locations, more than $525M in annual revenue, and a 200-unit 7 Brew development pipeline. They’re hiring Stand Managers now who will become the leadership bench as the footprint multiplies.

What You’ll Do

• Run the Stand: Own daily operations, sales, and profitability. Build the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual. Drive-thru or speed‑of‑service experience is a big plus.
