Optum Financial seeks a visionary GM to lead its Provider Payments division. This division aims to design integrated end-to-end embedded payments and financing solutions, including payment acceptance, back-office payable capabilities, integrated working capital financing, and bundled banking offerings. The role involves driving strategic growth, building relationships with providers, and ensuring the organization’s leadership in healthcare FinTech. Responsibilities include managing $90M+ in revenue, launching new products, entering new markets, and leading large-scale M&A initiatives. The successful candidate will have a FinTech mindset, foster relationships with FinTech partners, enable a modern Fintech ecosystem, and generate high-quality earnings by creating value for providers.
This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., tackling challenging projects.

Salary range: $225,000 - $375,000 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, equity, and 401k. Details depend on eligibility.
