Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead a Popeyes restaurant in Berwyn, IL. You will oversee all daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, coach and develop the team, and ensure financial performance.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control, and enforcing health and safety standards, while building a positive, high-energy work culture consistent with Popeyes values.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
