Job summary

Popeyes Addison, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest experience, and achieve financial goals. You will coach and develop talent, ensure food quality and sanitation, and foster a high-energy, positive culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
