Popeyes is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our restaurant in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, ensure quality, and model a high-energy, respectful culture.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance while engaging local marketing to grow sales. Flexibility with hours, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
