Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage inventories and costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines while growing sales through local marketing and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with excellent communication.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
