Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, guest service, and cleanliness. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff while driving profitability and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or AGM.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
