Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager in Colorado to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, guest service and cleanliness. You will recruit, train and develop team members, while coaching managers to hit goals and deliver exceptional experiences.

Oversee inventory, labor costs, and financial performance in a fast-growing brand. The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant leadership, strong team-building and decision-making skills, and a solid grasp of P&L and business

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience at GM or asst GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
