Job summary

Popeyes in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive sales growth.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, manage scheduling and payroll, control labor and food costs, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
