Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
• You will schedule, order product, train team members and hire staff.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and lead by example.
• A profit share bonus is awarded based on cost control and targets.
