About The Role

As the General Manager, you will lead your team to deliver a profitable store business plan, ensuring key metrics are met or exceeded. You will be the link between the brand vision and its execution in-store, driving sales growth through Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. Your leadership will foster behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget supporting the P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through sourcing, hiring, and coaching.
• Implement and oversee Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment and promote community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI channels for a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven results in retail management.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.
