Position Summary: The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our Tribal operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for the oversight and direction of all Tribal programs. Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in community services, government, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tribal governance and community needs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, or Management
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Executive or Business Management / Public Administration field
• Must be intuitive, conceptual, and have good reasoning skills.
• Ability to maintain trust; protect and preserve confidential information.
• Excellent time management, strong initiative, and exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
