Job Summary

As a General Manager of Concessions, you will lead your team in executing Levy's standards in operations, human resources, and financial management. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, developing team members, managing costs, and maintaining quality standards. You will represent Levy, promoting our philosophies and culture to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver excellent guest service.
  2. Ensure team members deliver heartfelt hospitality consistently.
  3. Provide team members with necessary tools to perform their roles.
  4. Maintain show quality standards at all times.
  5. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and team members.
  6. Gather feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
  7. Support and communicate Levy initiatives.
  8. Address and resolve guest service issues.
  9. Ensure execution of menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations.
  10. Coordinate with operational teams to ensure efficient performance.
  11. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  12. Conduct daily walkthroughs of FOH and BOH for each event.
  13. Achieve security, safety, and sanitation standards.
  14. Meet daily sales and cost goals.
  15. Manage budgets effectively.
  16. Plan operations to meet business needs, including product and equipment ordering.
  17. Follow safety and sanitation practices.
  18. Control inventory and handle products responsibly.
  19. Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  20. Ensure team adherence to Levy guidelines and policies.
  21. Schedule staff to meet operational needs.
  22. Utilize performance management tools for staff guidance.
  23. Promote a positive, productive work environment.
  24. Conduct regular team meetings.
  25. Hire, train, and develop team members per Levy standards.
  26. Display a positive attitude and mentor managers.
  27. Perform other duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years in food and beverage operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
