Job summary

Gipson’s Tire & Auto in Mobile, AL is seeking a Store Manager who acts as the CEO of the location, owning every aspect of the business and setting the pace for performance. You will lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced automotive environment, drive sales growth, increase car count and gross profit, and develop A-players across service, advisory, and maintenance roles.

• 5+ years in automotive leadership roles.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING

This role is located in our tire and automotive service retail location. You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime as business needs require. The position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks in an active workshop setting. You'll experience exposure to typical automotive shop conditions, including moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and standard service bay elements.
