Job summary

Irving Knight Group is seeking a Multi Site Plant Manager for Industrial Minerals in the United States. You will oversee 5 large-scale plants and mining operations, lead a team of direct and indirect reports, and drive the company’s vision and objectives across resource planning and production.

Qualifications

• Must have plant management and mining operations experience.
• Must have 7+ years management experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• Review performance monthly and annually for continuous improvement.
