What You’ll Do

· Lead Interstate’s business strategy and operations for the Milwaukee Market, with full responsibility for daily operations and client relationships.

· Drive positive P&L outcomes while ensuring outstanding team member, client, and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain and nurture all client relationships within the Milwaukee market.

· Responsible for all operational systems, budget development, and financial reporting.

· Supervision, coaching, mentoring, and professional development of Milwaukee team members.

What We’re Looking For

· 10+ years of management experience in a client and customer-focused environment such as parking, hospitality, retail, or property management

· Proven leadership skills with significant experience managing budgets, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, developing and maintaining B2B relationships, and creating a world-class work environment.

· Strong team building and customer service skills

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
