Job summary

Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken in Lincoln Park, MI is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, balance labor with service excellence, and drive sales while maintaining cost controls.

You will uphold high standards of customer service, food quality, and safety, while building leadership capacity and a culture of ownership and accountability. The role emphasizes urgency, professionalism, and consistent results.

Qualifications

• Food management experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.

• High school education or equivalent (preferred).

• Salary: $50,000-60,000 annually
