Job summary

Jobot seeks a General Manager to lead a well-established HVAC business within a growing private equity-backed platform. You will set strategy, drive operational discipline, and build a high-performing organization across service, installation, projects, and field operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in HVAC leadership, GM-level experience, and a proven track record in change and growth. You will develop people, processes, and dashboards to create lasting value for employees,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC or related industries.
Experience as GM or senior leader (Director of Operations, VP, etc.).
Proven success in organizational change and operational improvement.
Ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior-most leader of the operating company with accountability.
Develop and execute the strategic and operational plan for the business.
Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams across service, installation, project management, and field operations.
