Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for the specified business unit, focusing on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedule; allocate labor and capital resources
• Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Work with cross-functional operations managers to understand current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with automated production lines and complex manufacturing processes
