Job summary

7th Street Burger is seeking a General Manager to own and operate a neighborhood shop, driving sales, managing labor, and controlling costs while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire and develop your crew, build schedules, oversee inventory and compliance, and engage with the community as we grow toward a national brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a high-volume restaurant or QSR.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
• Comfortable managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS.

What started as a single East Village shop has grown into 30+ locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, and DC, with plans to scale throughout the Northeast. Annual Compensation

$67,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus, with potential to earn $100,000+ of total compensation!
