The Milk Shake Factory is seeking General Managers who are ready to grow into Multi-Unit Leaders. This family-owned dessert shop with 9 locations in the Pittsburgh area offers mentorship to GM teams to expand with us.

Expect a 45-hour work week with flexible scheduling, a competitive base salary plus bonus, 18 days of PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll lead a team, own your store, and contribute to a people-first culture.
