Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS)
• Valid driver's license preferred
