Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager at 602 South First Street Suite 1 in Willmar to lead operations and develop a strong team. You will oversee daily store activities, coach staff, manage scheduling and costs, and ensure top-quality service.

Competitive pay with bonus potential, paid training, and leadership development are offered within a growing 149-store franchise. Weekend and opening/closing shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to manage operations and develop a strong team.
• Willing to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
