Job summary

Jack's is hiring a General Manager for an upcoming Columbus, GA location. You’ll own a single store and be responsible for sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

Lead a team to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards, provide friendly guest experiences, drive daily sales and labor goals, hire and mentor a winning crew, and help prepare and serve our southern favorites as you build a thriving, buzz-worthy operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or retail team.
• Ability to manage P&L, forecast sales, and control labor.
• Willing to work 50–55 hours per week.

Responsibilities
