Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Must be on time, professional, and able to maintain high standards for yourself and others.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays due to store hours.

Responsibilities

• General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost/inventory/cash control and customer relations.
• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payment.
• Deliver product to customers safely and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance in line with grooming standards.
