Restaurant General Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities

• 10+ years in a similar role in a full-service restaurant
• 10+ million in revenue experience as a General Manager
• Hands-on leadership style
• High acumen for P&L management
• Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
• Ensure guests have a great experience and look forward to returning
• Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
• Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
